The Z051 Round Locating Units DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-RTI-Z051 model is a Hasco standard high-precision round taper interlock made of SUJ2 stainless steel material locating element supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd.
The DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-RTI-Z051 round locating unit is used for centering mold plates to prevent damage to cavity inserts. It reliably absorbs transverse forces that develop in the mold via conical surfaces.
We suggest at least two sets of the Z051 round interlocks are used for small molds or inserts, four for medium-size molds, and six or more for large molds.
