What is a Heavy Duty T Bolt?

The Heavy Duty T Bolt is the mold clamp bolt with a Tee-head bolt manufactured by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd for the fastening. The T-bolt is also called the Tee bolt or T-slot bolt.

The surface of medium carbon steel T-bolt can be galvanized or nickel-plated, as well as Dacromet, plated, etc. The material of the carbon steel T-bolt is 1045 medium carbon steel, produced by red satin, and the grade is 8.8 after heat treatment, generally for mold platen bolts.

T-bolt can be directly put into the slot and automatically positioned and locked during installation. T-bolt is generally used with a flange nut and is a standard connecting fastener when installing corner pieces, and T-bolt is selected according to the slot width of the profile.
