What are the TPNF Round Taper Interlocks?
The TPNF Round Taper Interlocks DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-RTI-TPN model is a standard-type positioning straight pin set made of SKD11 equivalent material with a female bushing and a male pin set supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd.
The standard-type positioning straight pin sets TPNF taper interlocks are suitable for positioning in precision molds such as connectors and electronic devices. It can prevent wear and damage to core pins since they can be positioned before they are inlayed.
We suggest at least two sets of TPNF round tapered interlocks are used for small molds or inserts, four for medium-size molds, and six or more for large molds.

When using the TPNF Taper Interlocks
Contacting the TPNF taper interlock pin and bushing when mold is closed may cause damage. Please leave a clearance of about 1mm on PL, Use precision leader pins since clearance is fairly small.
