First, install the main body, which should be installed parallel to the parting surface.
Installation of the tie bar, the tie bar loaded into the length required in the recent past, and processing screw holes, in the mold state lock screws.
(Note: the tie rod must be fixed to ensure that the mold is in a fully closed state, and has eliminated the clearance between the tie bar and the roller pin, and then locking screws.)
Installation of the latch lock insert bar, the bar is cut into the required length, and installed perpendicular to the parting surface.
(Note: To ensure that several sets of lock device strokes are consistent).
Each set of mold has at least two or more sets of locking mechanisms and symmetrical installation, if not symmetrically installed on the mold will likely lead to a single set of locking device force, and force imbalance (uneven) will lead to the latch locking device fracture;
