What is a Bushing for Parting Lock PLBS?
The Bushing for Parting Lock PLBS DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-PLBS is a plastic mold parting line lock bushing supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd. for all the resin sleeve parting lock sets that need to be covered.
PLBS is a bushing specially developed for mold parting locks. When using the bushing, the hole position polishing and R Angle machining are not required for installation.

1. By using PLBS parting lock bushing, polishing, and R-chamfering of the hole at parting lock installation can be omitted
2. Enables tightening/loosening of the PLBS parting lock’s tapered bolt by using an Allen wrench (hexagonal wrench)
through its bottom tap hole, making installation adjustment and maintenance easier than ever.

How to install the parting lock bushing?
1. When creating and finishing a hole for this bushing, aim at D1 tolerance for its diameter. (The depth of the hole is the level of the parting lock )
2. Recommended finishing on the bushing’s diameter (D1) is end milling.
Please note:
1. Please use a bushing mounting bolt with a length that does not reach PLB during mold closing.
2. The tapered bolt might be damaged by the contact of the bushing mounting bolt.
3. Be especially careful because even slight contact damages the hole of the tapered bolt for a hexagonal wrench, and the removal becomes impossible.
