1. The product design is simple and easy to install; the installation direction of the main body, the insertion bar, and the pull bar is parallel and right angle to the mold’s opening running direction
2. When installing the latch lock device, please install two sets symmetrically on the mold; because if not symmetrically installed may lead to only a single set of latch lock devices force, and unbalanced force will be forced, the imbalance of force will likely lead to the mold latch locking unit broken.
3. The latch locking device is a precision product, please install it in the precision mold embryo use; The latch locking device parts are also precision production assembly, please do not use it with other self-processed parts.

Please install the latch device Z171 locking unit parallel to the parting surface.
The lock bar can be cut to the required length by yourself, the threaded holes and locating pins can be processed, and the screws can be locked in the closed mold state.
Note: Before fixing the lock bar, make sure the mold is in a fully closed state. Before fixing the locking bar, make sure the mold is fully closed and the coating between the locking bar and the tumbler pin has been eliminated. Then lock the screws.
The insertion bar can be made to the desired length. Install them perpendicular to the parting surface.
Please install more than 2 sets of Z171 latch lock devices in symmetrical positions on the mold.
After installing the product, it is recommended to test the sequence of opening and closing the mold on the molding machine or injection molding machine at a slow speed to ensure the accuracy of the action, and to ensure the accuracy of the action.
