Description
What is the Two-Stage Ejector Bottom-Last TSBL Series?
The Two-Stage Ejector Bottom-Last TSBL Series DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-EM-TSBL is a two-stage bottom-last single-stroke ejector system ejector with 3 specs TSBL model supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd. for the injection molding industry.
The top last sequencing TSTL series two-stage single-stroke ejector system is also available at DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd.
DGMF TSBL Two-stage Ejector Bottom-Last Sequencing Description
Bottom Last sequencing.
Available in three sizes.
All ejectors in the mold must be set to the same strokes.
Ejector speed must be controlled to ensure excessive shock loading does not occur.
DGMF TSBL Two-stage Ejector Bottom-Last Sequencing Features
Both the first-stage and second-stage strokes are set independently.
Easy set-up and installation.
Fixed strokes cannot be tampered with or accidentally modified.
Internal installation avoids interferences with water line connectors and externally mounted components.
Utilizes a latching mechanism similar to an internal latch lock for smooth operation and guidance.
The TSTL two-stage ejector has three sizes, for each style, to choose from to accommodate most standard mold bases.
Hardened steel components for long life.
The TSTL 2-stage ejectors are considerably more compact and may be centrally located, the preferred method for locating TSTL 2-stage ejectors is in pairs, offset from the mold center.
etc.
DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd supplies mold clamps, injection mold components, machine tools, hopper dryers, and accessories. We are dedicated to offering cost-effective standard and non-standard secondary ejection mechanism ejectors for your choice.

DGMF TSTL Two-stage Ejector Top-Last Sequencing Usage
Assembly &installation guidelines:
All 2-Stage Ejectors in a mold must be cut to the same strokes.
It is recommended that guided ejection be used.
Ejector speed must be controlled, ensuring that excessive shock loading does not occur.
2-Stage Ejectors are not suitable for severe load conditions.
2-Stage Ejectors must not be exposed to temperatures that exceed 150C (300F) at any time.
Lubricate all metal-to-metal contact areas initially and periodically as required.
A good grade of mold maker non-melting type grease for the appropriate temperature should be used.
A minimum of (4) Puller Pins should be used with each mold. Larger molds may require additional Puller Pins.
1. The first ejector stroke lifts the cavity plate and ejector sleeve.
The center pin remains back. Part is free to be ejected.
2. The second stroke moves the ejector sleeve, releasing the part from the cavity.
This configuration is recommended for parts with outside details with smooth or round edges.
1. The first ejector stroke pulls the central core pin and sleeve forward.
Part is released from the cavity.
2. The second stroke pulls the center pin and part forward.
Because of plastic elasticity, the part is stripped from the core.
Recommended for parts with an inner undercut – a circular detail placed on the edge (for example, inward undercut).
