The MRT Slide Retainer Assemblies DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-SR-PSM style is the D.M.E. standard type mold components metric slide retainer MRT with 10M, 20M, and 40M models supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd. used for the plastic injection mold.
MRT slider retainer is just like the PSL/PSM slider retainer, But the “F” has a shorter distance and is more precise after locking. They are available in three sizes, too. Each MRT slider retainer model corresponds to a different slider load.

DGMF Metric MRT Slide Retainer Assemblies Feature
Slider retainers are available in three sizes for increasing weights and can be used individually or in pairs for larger or heavier sliders.
MRT slider retainer: The pins mounted in the slider are locked in the retainer until the mold closing action disengages them.
The socket openings are designed with a large allowance so that the pin can enter the socket even if there is a slight misalignment between the retainer and the pin.
It is simple and economical, sturdy and durable. Single or multiple position limiting clips can be used to reach greater load.
