What are the AE Accelerated Ejectors?
The AE Accelerated Ejectors DGMF-MOLD-CLAMPS-EM-AE are the CUMSA standard replacement component of AE series accelerated ejectors with seven specs supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd. and used for the plastic injection molding industry.
The Accelerated ejector AE series has the AE.031620, AE.041620, AE.052430, AE.062430, AE.082430, AE.103026, and AE.123036 specifications for your choice.
Accelerated ejector AE allows to increase in the stroke of selected ejectors within the tool. It is easy to install due to its cylindrical shape and possible to automate conventional tools.
DGMF AE Accelerated Ejector Features
Accelerates ejector AE can hold and fix one thimble, which can increase the extra 8mm or 15mm secondary ejection of the relative stroke to help the product fall off;
The head has a small hole, which can be inserted with a fixed needle to prevent the thimble from rotating;
It has a small space, is cost-saving, and optimized mold structure;
15mm (0.591”) of maximum extra stroke;
Minimum space required for installation;
The maximum working temperature is 150°C (302°F);
