How to Install the Heavy-duty Anti-vibration Wedge Mount?
Put the anti-vibration wedge mount leveling pad into the machine tool under the foot hole, put in the bolts, rotate them to the solid contact with the load plate, after each pad iron is stressed, then adjust the level of the machine tool (rotate the bolts clockwise, and the machine tool will rise up smoothly), adjust the level of the machine tool and tighten the nut to fix the level state.
Due to the normal creep phenomenon of rubber, when the anti-vibration wedge mount leveling pad is used for the first time, adjust the machine level again after two weeks.
