Space Saving: Miniaturization of size has been achieved by the structure of repetitive action of hook locking pin and latch. (Width only 46mm)
It can also be used for the ejection of unloading pushers.

Clamping control, i.e., clamping sequence control, which is impossible with conventional latch locking units (C-1 PLS, C-1 PLSW), can be realized.

1) Use a CNC machine to machine the bolt and reamed holes, and install the ①locking seat parallel to the parting surface.
2) Cut off ② hook-shaped locking pin into the required length, and process bolt holes, reaming holes in the bottom hole, when the mold is closed while pulling ② hook-shaped locking pin while fastening bolts, and then with the physical matching processing (important) positioning pin holes and fixed.
3) Cut off ⑤ pin to the required length and install it perpendicular to the template. To ensure the release point is the same, adjust the extension length “L” of ⑤ pin.
