DGMF KL Latch Locks And Baffle Bars Features
Latch Locks and Latch Lock Baffle Bars work in tandem to help improve cycle time and increase molding productivity.
The Latch Locks are available in nine sizes, and the Baffle Bars are available in seven configurations.
Once installed, the Internal Latch Locks control the sequence of one parting line opening after the first parting line has traveled a predetermined distance.
After installation, there are no adjustments that can be accidentally changed.
Internal Latch Locks are most commonly used on AX-Series stripper plate mold bases but can be used on other stripper plate mold bases, as well.
