DGMF Roller Lock Sets MPLKB-type Load Adjustment and Load Characteristics

The opening/closing load can be adjusted using an Allen wrench. The load is maximum when the adjustment bolt is fully tightened, 50% when it is loosened a half rotation, and 0 when it is loosened 1 rotation or more.

For mold latch lock MPLK10, the load decreases about 25% when the adjustment bolt is loosened a half rotation, 70% when it is loosened one rotation

The load for mold closing is about 50% of mold opening.

A fixing screw is provided on the load adjustment bolt.

Loosen it to perform load adjustment, and make sure to tighten it after adjustment is completed.

Note: Make sure to assemble the right and left units symmetrically for well-balanced operation.

 

 

DGMF Roller Lock Sets MPLKB-type Installation Instructions

1. Please install parallel to the parting surface.

2. Loosen the fixing screws, use the hexagonal plate hand to adjust the opening and closing force of the clamping buckle, and tighten the screws completely for the maximum load; When the fixing screws are not loosened, turn the adjusting screws forcibly.

3. Forcibly rotating the adjusting screw without loosening the fixing screw will lead to broken threads of the adjusting screw, failing the mold roller lock set! After rotating the adjusting screw to adjust the load, to avoid loosening the adjusting screw, please make sure to tighten the fixing screw.

4. Please install more than 2 sets of this product on the symmetrical position of the mold.
